ADDITIONAL PICK-UP / DROP-OFF POINTS
- We will charge SGD 5 for each additional pick-up or drop-off point.
- No limit for pick-up points as each of the pick-up points is SGD 5.
ARRIVAL TRANSFER (Taking Flight at Changi Airport)
- No surcharge for the 1st “Waiting Hour”, depends on the scheduled pick-up time.
However, after the 1st hour, we will charge the “Waiting Hour” at the rate as follows:
– TOYOTA INNOVA : SGD 35 / hour
– TOYOTA ALPHARD : SGD 40 / hour
– HYUNDAI STAREX : SGD 40 / hour - Please Provide Us Your Flight Number For Our Reference. So we can track your flight detail to make sure our driver is on time.

Departure Transfer / Point-to-Point Transfer
- No surcharge for parking fee, fuel surcharge, or additional booking charges.
Services availability
- SG-MY PRIVATE TAXI Private Premium Transport Services are currently operated within Malaysia and Singapore only.
- All transport services, booking and customer services are available 24 hours.
- All transport services are required to make booking one day in advance of the travelling date.
- Last minute bookings are subject to availability.
- We assume the right model of the vehicle depending upon the scheduled travelling date.
- All transport fares are fixed and clearly stated in the websites. (No hidden charges)
- All our fares are excluded Driver’s Tips (Optional not Compulsory)
