Additional Pick-up / Drop-Off Point:

• We will charge SGD 5 for each additional pick-up or drop-off point.
• No limit for pick-up points as each of the pick-up points is SGD 5. 
• We will charge the “Waiting Hour” at the rate as follows: 
  – TOYOTA INNOVA : SGD 35 / hour
  – TOYOTA ALPHARD : SGD 40 / hour
  – HYUNDAI STAREX : SGD 40 / hour

Arrival Transfer (Taking Flight-Changi Airport):

• No surcharge for the 1st “Waiting Hour”, depends on the scheduled pick-up time.
  However, after the 1st hour, we will charge the “Waiting Hour” at the rate as follows: 
  – TOYOTA INNOVA : SGD 35 / hour
  – TOYOTA ALPHARD : SGD 40 / hour
  – HYUNDAI STAREX : SGD 40 / hour
• Please Provide Us Your Flight Number For Our Reference. So we can track your flight detail to make sure our driver is on time.

Departure Transfer / Point-to-Point Transfer:

• No surcharge for parking fee, fuel surcharge, or additional booking charges.

Visa and Passport:

• Must ensure to obtain all entry or transit visa required by Malaysia before travelling
• All passports must be valid for at least six months after completing travel in Malaysia
